Judge Desalvo

I would rule that anna should get medical emancipation because her mother and father gave her no choice but to give her body to save kate. I would also rule in this way because anna should be able to have and use her body the way she wants to. On the issue of her mother being a lawyer as well the mother of the deffendant is that she wants to have control over what the child can do with her own body. It also shows that she is more concerned and interested in kate than anna. Campbell alexander did his job the best that he could with the evidence and circumstances.

2 babies or 1?

On the issue of having a baby in this why i have the opinion that they should create one in this why. I believe that it is inhumane to create babies this way. This is not the way in which god wanted us to have children. Even if the child is created for the use of organs they would most likely have emotional and psychological problems to deal with the fact that they were only made for the help of their sibling.

Holocaust Discussion

The holocaust did exist because there have been real camps found where the people were held and killed. Also there have been other articles and evidence found to show that it has happened. Survivors have also given first hand accounts and shown how they were in the camps. The germans have also tried to cover it up by trying to destroy some of the ovens and gas chambers within the camps. The germans also cleared out entire cities to get rid of the jews. For these reasons the holocaust has occurred in the past.

Holocaust?

I want to know why such things could happen for so long with no one saying anything about it. I also want to know what could drive a man to be so evil so out of his mind that he would kill his own people. He killed his own people for the sheer fact of they believed in something he didnt. Just because they have different beliefs than yo7u doesnt mean that you can kill them for it. Everybody is different and that doesnt give the right to make fun of or kill the person. You dont have to like what someone else does but you have to respect what they believe in.

The Unknown

My grandma is a very kind and loving person who you probally wouldnt take for an athlete. One day we were working in the yard at her house and i asked her to throw me something. I was just saying the term but she actually threw it at me with an amazing amount of force. i asked her about it and she said she used to play softball in highschool and was pretty good at it. We now play catch every once in a while when she feels up to it.

My Mockingbird

I could transfer them to my neighborhood because i have a neighbor that barely ever comes out of their house and we creep on him to see what he looks like. The characters would change because i am the only child that lives in my neighborhood. The things that would stay the same are that we have people that stay in their house that we don't ever see. I would be friends with all of them because they all seem like cool kids and i don't have anybody in my neighborhood so it would be nice to have kids there. I would have experiences of different adventures like going into places -where i shouldn't and things i shouldn't do but i do any way.

How do you live your life?

In order to live your life to the fullest potential you need to know what will give you your best life possible. You need to want you want out of your life. Do you want to be able to own a lot of property and have a lot of money or do you want to live the typical american life of just going to work everyday? In order to figure this out  you need to know your personality and what best fits it. Also you need to know how well you work on not only tasks but relationships with other people. Life is all about knowing different people and having good relationships with them. In order to do this you need to be open to new things and new people. You also need to live a life with great ideals and morals so  that you can live a life that is true to yourself and other people.

Cons Amendment

If i could enact a constitutional amendment it would have to be that women could not have abortions. I would add this because when someone has an abortion it is just like killing a new born baby. It is completely inhumane, it is like legal killing. And if you are dumb enough to get pregnant at a young age then you can live with the baby and take care of it. It can teach them some responsibility skills that didn't have before.

I Wish Santa Was Still Real

I wish i could believe in santa again. Every Christmas when i was a small child i would be so happy to put out cookies and milk for santa. It was the greatest thing to believe in and it made you feel special that you could do that and get presents from a man that you had never seen before. It was an innocent act but one that brought me great joy as a child and i wish i could feel that way again.

Internal External?

Yes i do they are big physically but do not have a mind that is as big as their body. Yes i know someone like that, they have a small body but a mind that is like a steel trap. They are very smart and have thoughts that are so deep they make you think about it. Sometimes physical appearances are related to the way someone looks. If someone is mean and ugly or it shows their ugliness on the inside and outside. If your internal beauty was directly related with your external than someone with a great heart and beautiful mind would be the best looking person you have ever seen in your life. I think i would look like and average joe because i can be a really sarcastic person sometimes but i also have a good heart.

My Tribes

People belong to tribes, such as Indians are. I, myself am a part of the polish tribe along with the Italian. I am part of the baseball, basketball and football tribe. I am part of the pizza lovers tribe. I am part of the sleep all day tribe. And I belong to the tribe of only children. And to the tribe of loving families. And to the tribe of shoe lovers. And to the tribe of sarcasm. I belong to the tribe of determination. I belong to the tribe of steak lovers. And to the tribe Chinese food lovers. And to to the tribe of having good friends.

I am an extrovert because i enjoy talking to everyone even if they are not my friends. I think that extroverts have it easier because it is easier for them to talk to people and get to know them then introverts, introverts do not talk to people outside of their comfort zone so it is harder for them to make friends. If everyone was an extrovert the world would be a great place because everybody would talk to everybody and the world would be a better place. If the entire world was introverts it would be a very dreary place, everyone would not have a lot of friends

I believe what they are trying to say here is that you have to make your life a good place it just doesn't happen. You have to put in the work and effort to create your own "palace". If you don't you will find yourself in the world that is your jail. This means that if you do not want to do these things that you will fall to the mercies of the world and live an unwanted life. In all you have to make your own path in life and if you don't you won't have a very fun one.

I think what Henry Ford is trying to say is that if you think you can do something than you will do whatever it is you are thinking of because you have a the mentality that you have already done it. On the other hand if you think that you can not do something then you have already decided that you won't be able to that thing therefor you will not do it. Either way your right because if you think you can you will, if you think you can't you won't.

I believe that this means that you have to either do something or not do anything at all. You can not just try because you are not giving it your everything. If you say you are going to do something then you have it in your mind that you will do it. If you say you are not going to do something then you won't. So if you only try to do things in life then you will fail at everything you do, for if you only try you are not giving it your all so there is no point in doing it. The decisions you make in life have to be a definite yes or no you can't have a maybe, for it will lead you nowhere.

New Whitty Poem

The new poem i chose was Cavalry Crossing a Ford. I chose this poem because he talks about how soldiers march across a field as the beat of a drum plays. It interested me that he wrote a poem about it, i can closely relate it to the civil war and i infer that is what he wrote about. I say this because he talks of scarlet and blue along with horses, these were the colors of the uniforms during the civil war and horses are what officers rode. He also speaks of guidon flags flying in the wind, these could be either sides flags flying in the wind while battle was taking place. He also speaks of how they marched in a serpentine this meaning it looked like a snake while it is slithering through the grass. In all i think this is a good poem about the civil war that is short but gives you many things to think about while reading it.
